RETURNS
In light of current circumstances and for hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for any of the products purchased. We also do not give price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise.
*Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Please note, that once your order moves into the processing or fulfillment stage in our fulfillment centre, we may no longer be able to cancel your order.
Our system may cancel orders for a variety of reasons, including:- Item unavailable
- Payment information cannot be processed
- The shipment could not be delivered to the address provided
- Duplicate orders
- Cancellation at customer request. In such cases, you will be notified of the problem by email.

Warranty and Defective Products If the product purchased turns out to be defective we are here to help. Please contact our customer service. team and one of our Beauty Specialists will be happy to assist you. The replacement terms vary from brand to brand, but let us help you communicate with the brand or research a replacement option.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS
In the event of an allergic reaction, please contact our Customer Service We will offer a refund or an exchange for the individual product upon confirmation of an allergic reaction. Photos and/or a doctor's note may be required.
