RETURNS

For hygiene and safety reasons, all purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We also do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise.

If you experience a product performance, warranty, or quality issue, please contact our Customer Care team. As we are not the manufacturer, we may direct you to the brand for further assistance.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order has entered the processing or fulfillment stage, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

Orders may also be cancelled by Beauty Court for reasons including:
- Item is unavailable
- Payment cannot be processed
- Shipping information is incomplete or undeliverable
- Duplicate order
- Customer-requested cancellation

If your order is cancelled by Beauty Court, you will be notified by email.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you believe a product is defective, please contact our Customer Care team. Our Beauty Specialists will be happy to assist and, where possible, work with the brand to arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

Please note that replacement terms may vary by brand.

ALLERGIC REACTIONS

If you experience an allergic reaction to a product purchased, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
