Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We offer shipping across Canada through Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator. Available shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option.

While we make every effort to ship using the carrier selected at checkout, Beauty Court reserves the right to use an alternative shipping carrier when necessary or at our discretion, including for operational, service, or other reasons. Selecting a specific carrier at checkout does not guarantee that your order will be shipped with that carrier.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on the destination, shipping service, weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING COSTS & CHECKOUT

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Before placing your order, you will see the total price in Canadian dollars, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars once your order has been packaged and is ready to ship.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the applicable carrier's website.

You can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to follow the progress of your delivery.
